Must Have

● Good Analytical and algorithmic capability

● Excellent hands-on skills in least one of the backend languages: GoLang / PHP /

Python / Java / NodeJS.

● Willingness to learn and work in GoLang (Familiarity with GoLang a plus)

● Knowledge of RDBMS & NoSQL datastores

● Clear understanding of Git

● 5+ years of experience as Backend Developer

● Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc

● Good verbal and written communication skills

Good to Have

● Worked on some good project of your own

● Experience working on frontend/ mobile technologies

● Worked on or used Cloud technologies, like AWS, Google Cloud etc

● Valid US Business visa
