You should have

 Hands on with creation of Rest APIs and familiarity with at least one databaseGreat

understanding of Javascript and NodeJS

 Good Analytical and Algorithmic understanding

 Prior experience in handling a team. Candidate is expected to mentor 4-5 junior developer.

 Worked on some good project of your own

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Demonstrated abilities of developing a large scale product

 It would be nice if you have worked with Web Workers, Web Sockets, Canvas API, Web

Sockets etc
