You must have

 Hands-onwithHTML5,CSS3,modernJavaScript, cross-browser/platformconsiderations,

webmark-up, responsivedesigntechniques and testing

 ExcellentinJavaScript,NodeJS,ReactJs

 GoodComputerScience fundamentals inDataStructures,Algorithm Design, problemsolving

and ComplexityAnalysis

 Hands on with creation of Rest APIs and familiarity with at least one database

 7-12Years of experience as FrontendDeveloper

 Priorexperience inhandling a team.Candidate is expected tomentor 4-5 JuniorDeveloper.

 Understandingoftesting,debugging and performance testingof code

It would be nice if you have

 Worked onsome goodproject of your own

 Good verbal andwrittencommunicationskills

 Compile andanalysedata, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems andidentifyareas

for improvement.

 Demonstratedabilities of developing a large scale product

 Worked onNoSQLdatabases likeRedis,mongo dB

 Workedonor usedCloud technologies, likeAWS,GoogleCloud etc

 WorkedwithWebWorkers,WebSockets,CanvasAPI,WebSockets etc
