Job Overview:
As a ServiceNow GRC/ITSM/ITOM Consultant, your role is to define technical requirements and develop designs to support client business requirements. You may also review existing applications and provide recommendation for improvements and enhancements. The role may require interfacing with other architects, account teams, and PS leadership to define and validate requirements, contribute to business case development, and develop solutions roadmap to support strategic visions.
Job Responsibilities:
Key activities:
- Present and discuss solutions with client executives
- Facilitate workshops and document business requirements
- Plan, design, and conduct demos of various ServiceNow solutions
- Manage and coordinate with services teams across multiple regions.
- Develop technical solution design and review quality with deployment team
- Run solutions walk through with client
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience ServiceNow
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Technical knowledge/experience in ServiceNow GRC/ITSM/ITOM
