interactions daily. Ubona’s cloud-based software service stack comprises of Cloud Telephony and Cloud
Contact Center, Omni-Channel Automation Bots, and Call & Speech analytics engine. Our customers
include large banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, E-commerce ventures and Telecom operators.

looking for technically strong and energetic people to manage & support our cloud infrastructure.
Your role will be:
Manage & support the hybrid cloud infrastructure deployed in AWS, Azure, colocation DCs.
Provide production support, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure 99.99% uptime for the
platform.
Own and resolve technical and operational issues with RCA and drive end to end technical resolution
of critical incidents by coordinating with the other teams.
Work closely with infosec & engineering team to conduct security audits & certifications.
You will need:
2+ years of experience of managing production infrastructure & SaaS platforms deployed in public
clouds and data centers.
Worked in public clouds like AWS/Azure and knowledge of IaaS/PaaS to administer, monitor and
troubleshoot services
Linux system administration and managing LAMP stack and opensource tools like Nginx, Tomcat.
Bash/Python scripting for automating repetitive tasks.
Incident mgmt. for 24x7 services – identification, debugging, root case analysis and escalation.
High degree of ownership and passion to solve problems, drive high uptime of scalable financial
grade services.
Ability to quickly learn new skills, work with other teams/partners
Good to have:
o Experience of using security services such as WAF, NGFW, Security Hub, Trusted Advisor
and mitigating vulnerabilities for cloud security standards.
o Past exposure of managing VoIP, webRTC and familiarity with tools like Asterisk &
FreePBX.
