Currently, our solution is revolutionising marketing for brands like Swiggy, Amazon, Rapido,

HDFC bank, TATA AIG, Yes Bank, GoAir, Livspace, MPL Gaming, etc. with an average upside

of about 50% to reductions (to current values brands hold) on CPL, CPI CPC, CPM and also

resulting in a significant enhancement in acquired LTV of customers

Roles and responsibilities:

● Taking ownership of features/modules end to end.

● Designing a flexible and scalable approach for each new feature by considering the

current requirements and existing product limitations.

● Choosing appropriate data stores, designing code architecture, and appropriate

deployment models for each new feature.

● Train, grow and empower a team of engineers.

● Help in recruiting new engineers

● Setting up appropriate processes, use appropriate tools to help team members

collaborate better.

● API and feature documentations

● Evangelise coding practices, techniques, etc via Tech talks and blog posts

Requirement:

● Good understanding of computer science fundamentals.

● 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers

● 5+ years of experience working with nodejs, python, reactJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript,

etc.

● Proficient understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, Redis,

and MongoDB.

● Proficient understanding of queuing technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.

● Knowledge of various design patterns, microservices, etc.

● Good understanding of agile best practices, SCRUM, Devops etc.

● Experience in designing high-available, scalable, low latency applications is a plus.

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar
