The role in a gist:

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be designing an amazing website experience for the users to keep them engaged, which in turn makes them more likely to become our loyal customers. Sounds like you? What you will work on:

• Making data-driven designs and user-experience decisions
• Taking a user-centered design approach to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions to rapidly test and iterate
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Developing and detailing visual designs and designing specifications; drawing on existing high level designs and digital brand guidelines
• Working alongside product managers, designers and developers to come up with complete design solutions
• Owning the quality of visual design execution for your design directions as well as to extend the existing design styles

The ideal candidate:

• Curiosity to learn & explore things outside your domain of expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and communicate across teams
• Problem solving mindset with an ability to come up with creative ideas

Qualification and Experience:

• 5-8 years of overall professional experience
• Experience designing for systems across Desktop and/or Mobile applications
• Experience using Figma or Adobe XD, Creative Suite and other tools of the trade
• A portfolio of work that showcases a mix of process driven user experience design skills and excellent practical design skills including layout, color, and typography.
