The promised world of Web3 can’t achieved without digital communities. DAOs are a mystery box when it comes to a new joiner to getting a sense on how things work at a community, how to start actively contributing or how to build an on-chain reputation based on their contributions. Similarly on the DAO Admin end, a lot of data sits in Silos across the stack of tools they use, there is no way to identify the right contributors. Neither is there a way to enable new contributors to taste how DAOs actually work. We are fixing all this one step at a time :)
⌛️ Where will you spend your time?
Owning the product design process including user research, user interface, design implementation, and user testing for product feedback and verification.
Translating technical requirements & user research insights into guided user flow and product interface.
Researching behaviors, and needs to identify critical goals and journeys for our customers.
Building wireframes and prototypes that communicate ideas, challenges, or decisions-points.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and designers to gather insights, build consensus around customer needs and deliver solutions. Identify and define new opportunities based on insights gathered.
🤝 What makes you a good fit?
1+ years of experience as Product Designer/Researcher building user interface design solutions.
Experience as a T-shaped designer with excellent design skills. Ability to carry out necessary technical discussions with Engineers and product discussions with Product Managers.
Experience prototyping and building your proposed solutions to product designs.
Comfort and familiarity conducting research at varying levels including user interviews, contextual usability studies either live or remote.
Experience conducting quantitative or mixed-methods research, A/B testing, design of experiments, statistical analyses, etc.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and advocate for designs.
Ability to stay adaptive and flexible in response to changing prioritization.

The whole process is designed so that it can wrap within 2 weeks

Interviews: We will have two rounds of interviews. Round one (30mins) will focus on getting to know each other better and identifying if this could work for both of us. In Round two (60mins) we would dive deeper into your prior experience and discuss how you would solve a problem we will introduce on call.

Not necessarily. At the end of the day, human beings are the same. Web3 is a new way of doing things with brilliantly put socio-economic angles. At DAOLens, as long as you are curious and intrinsically driven to learn stuff, you should be good.
🏡 Where will you work from?
We are operating out of Central Indiranagar, Bangalore. Do we need you to come to office everyday? No. It’s entirely upto you but usually when we sit together on a table, we move mountains so you will be required to show up time and again. That said, we respect your preferences and would be happy to chat.
