Over 2 years 11 months of experience in IT industry. • Around 2 years of relevant experience In Salesforce.com testing. • Good exposure to JIRA and VSTS tool. • Good knowledge in using Data import wizard &Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data from Salesfoce.com objects. • Good knowledge and work experience on Reports, custom objects, Roles, Data loader and knowledge on SOQL, SOSL and Workbench. • Good experience in preparing test data, designing test coverage matrix and test cases, execution of test cases and preparing status reports. • Good exposure to agile methodology (SCRUM) • Possess basic knowledge on Postman tool. TECHNICAL SKILLS • Salesforce - good knowledge on validation rules, workflow rules, Relationships, Data Loader, approval process. Some knowledge on SOQL, SOSL and Workbench. • Testing Tools - JIRA, Postman (Basics).
