Job Description - We are looking for a Solution Developer with a keen interest in building applications (Cloud SaaS solutions) for various verticals such as banking, manufacturing, insurance, CRM, and SCM,on our proprietary solution development platform. The candidate need not have any coding skills or experience. Expected Skillset Key Responsibilities •Building(design and develop) SaaS solutions,leveraging deep platform features. The leader must conceptualize the solution design (use cases/scenarios, logic, business rules and entity modeling) and develop solutions on the platform. •Testing Scenario based testing for functional as well as non-functional requirements such as performance,scale, and reliability. Usability testing to deliver a delightful user experience. •Research and continuous improvement: Evaluating potential alternative solutions through market research, including off-the-shelf and open-source components;ensuring business requirements are on a continuous improvement path. •Key Requirements •Good problem solving and analytical skills •Understanding of business requirements in various domains such as banking, insurance, manufacturing,HR, CRM,etc. •Understanding of latest technology trends such as AI,blockchain, chatbots, IoT,etc., to build innovative solutions •Ability to grasp business flows across various functions •Ability to work with the necessary degree of independence,while being collaborative •Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills •Self-motivated •Ready to work in any industry domain beyond their specialization •Willing to develop multiple skills rather than do monotonous work–including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, documentation, preparing presentations,etc. •Qualifications Required - BTech/BTech plus MBA •Years of Experience 2-6 years •Additional Factors - Work experience with specific domain knowledge in banking, insurance, healthcare,etc., and certifications
