Mckinsey vs tech startup

I just got multiple offers for the post of software engineer at Mckinsey and Co.(17.5 lpa+ 1.75lpa bonus+ 2.4 joining) and cloud cover (25 lpa). I am 3 years experienced and want to learn as well as earn money. However I have been in established firms all along and Mckinsey hr and interviewers kept telling me that the projects are purely development and across various domains(Mckinsey by build) so I'll get to learn a lot. I'm really confused which I should choose. Will choosing Mckinsey propel my career in any way that the startup won't? Also can anyone please list the pros and cons for both. Thanks a lot!
