Current CTC : 8.5 LPA Work : C/C++ Software Development on linux and windows Skill set : Java, C/C++, DSA, Rest API, Git/GitHUB and some extent of front end (Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) YOE : 1.5 Years What should I do to ramp up and come in a salary scale of 12+ LPA? Is my current status enough for that or what are the things I need to learn to ramp up? Experience people are very welcome to give suggestions.

Is it hard to get a chance to interview for PdM roles with ~1.5 yrs experience?

I have been trying to get interviews but it feels like every company requires a lot of experience. I'm not sure if the issue is with my profile or with the current situation of the market. I get calls for 2 companies for every 50 companies I apply to. Some HRs call me and confirm that they will set up an interview only to ghost me and ignore calls later. Why approach in the first place then?
