I am working as associate in Accenture as fresher, I got offer from Robert Bosch , package is 25 perc more than Accenture ,but I have completed only 6 months in Accenture and in not a dev project. What should I do ? Is it good to switch Now?

Stay at least till you become an application development analyst and then switch, the hikes will be minimum 50%

Robert Bosch work is not good I feel. If you're switching this early, make sure you will get the kind of work you're looking for there.
