Need advice in choosing offer

Anonymous author | 9mon

I have offers from below companies.I am having 2 years 4 months of experience for Java Backend. 1. IBS - 9lpa (8.5 fixed + 5% variable) 2. Accenture - 9.18 fixed + 21% variable 3. Bosch - 8.5 fixed + 7% variable 4. Wipro - 9 fixed + 5% variable Also is this pay matching with market standards for java developer with 2.4 years of experience? Should I try for more compensation?

Accenture is best amongst others in the list. But be aware that variable pay is 0 to 21%. You may get 0 also. Its totally upto the project you land up with! So completely rely on fixed pay only.

Worst case scenario if there is a war between 馃嚭馃嚘 and 馃嚪馃嚭 and the world economy is somehow hit then it may go down to 50 but 0 is as far fetched as the war itself

Try negotiating with Bosch and get into it. I see that Accentures offer is the best but in Bosch you ll get better projects as it's a product based.
