So I am new to UI UX design. My figma is on point, like literally on my tips. I love to explore topics and reserch material on Internet.I have successfully completed few design project but I am still looking forward to work with a design team where they follow a proper design process. I am trying to focus on UX more.

90 days Notice Period is bullying me

Hi guys, I'm a Software developer(Java) at an MNC for 3 years. Since last month I'm actively trying to make a switch but not getting much calls. If I do get calls then they hang up after learning about my notice period(90 days). Any idea how to deal with it, or any companies which will entertain my np. Please help.

Sought after in an SDE interview

I have a 1.5 years of working experience in TCS and looking for a switch into product basefd companies. Having had a support project - didn't learned much. Can someone suggest and guide on what an interviewer will look for in a candidate for SDE position as in Fipkart/LinkedIn? I have some fine projects showing my skillls in Spring Java Python and Django. I am okay with data structured and algorithms. I am good at communication. What more things should I refine? Please guide.
