Looking for job change

I am an ASE at Accenture and I am currently working in a team of only 2 developers where majority of time will be wasted on getting the issues resolved on a call from other teams and making notes after every call where I am not gaining any significance experience as team is not following any agile or other process for project management and this is my first project.
I am currently going through full stack development course (MERN) and want to shift to some other company, please help me on how to find a job as most of the companies ask for exp in web development as I have only worked on personal project such as creating websites(static and dynamic pages) using CSS, Bootstrap, javascript and web API's.
Please help me on how to get a job in MERN Stack web development role .
