Spending 1+ yr in a company seems a good way, in worst case if growth expectation is not met then can try to switch early

Even with 1-1.5-2 year in every company. I have interacted with HRs from big tech product companies asking it's more switches than expected.

Looking for Associate Product Manager roles in MNC's

Anonymous author | 6mon
I'm a Project Manager with 1.5 YoE at a service company and I earn 5.4 LPA working from Kochi, Kerala. I've helped ship 3 SaaS projects, all for European agritech companies. I'm from a Non-IT background with my bachelors and masters degrees being in marketing and communication but both top ranked in India and the world respectively. I'm looking for APM opportunities at MNC's. Both service and product companies preferred. Guidance and referrals welcome.
