Expertise required on - What do you think how many switch one should make in first 5 years, 8 years and 10 years. How much is too much in tech looking at current situation 5 years 5 companies.

Spending 1+ yr in a company seems a good way, in worst case if growth expectation is not met then can try to switch early

Even with 1-1.5-2 year in every company. I have interacted with HRs from big tech product companies asking it's more switches than expected.

I'm a Project Manager with 1.5 YoE at a service company and I earn 5.4 LPA working from Kochi, Kerala. I've helped ship 3 SaaS projects, all for European agritech companies. I'm from a Non-IT background with my bachelors and masters degrees being in marketing and communication but both top ranked in India and the world respectively.
