Want to switch to Blockchain Technology from Full Stack Development.

I have 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development and currently working with one of the profitable unicorn startup. I would like to switch my career towards Blockchain Developement (preferably Dapp on Ethereum). I have self learnt solidity and learning Truffle Ganache framework. However, I do not have any industry experience in same Need guidance on how can I go ahead. If there is a job opening for a Dapp Developer which would give opportunity to a Full Stack developer with minimal exposure in Blockchain, then I would like to offer myself for the same. I am based in Mumbai currently and open to relocation in country.

I'm fresher and currently having 2 offers 1) Product Based MNC Role : DOTNET developer 2) Product based startup (less than 10 employees) Role : Django Developer Which is good option for fresher? Incase if i switch from startup to MNC in near future, does it add any weight to my CV because the startup company is not well known and cannot be recognised.
