Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC's such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures. You'll be improving and responsible for Defining the "why" and "what" to build for rest of the tech team Work closely with business heads to understand business goals Interact deeply with our customers and users to understand their pain points and perspective Collaborate closely with the design team to help with user flows, UI and UX and scope for features Work closely with the tech team to spec out features and set scope for sprints. Ensure the outcomes meet the goal and iterate by collecting and sharing feedback. Background and experience Must have worked in a product management role at a tech-first organization with reputable products, for at least 1-2years Having worked as a software engineer professionally or have academic background in computer science is a plus.
